This may be the children's book I remember most from when I was a kid. This, and another story (with more fish!) called, Three is Company. I have a hard bound copy of The Water Babies which my Mom gave to me in 1988, so the front inside cover says in the cursive handwriting of an 11 year old girl.
This looks great! I love how all the elements flow together like water :)

ReplyDeleteI particularly like finding hidden fish. Like the one in the facing us in the center bottom. It feels like he is looking at us which gets us inside the image.
