The question of the day is... Can I complete 2 illustrations this week when I only have one sketch done? It is only Tuesday.
Nice job on this, Robyn. I love Sophy's hair. Super cute and whimsical with the curls. My eyes immediately went to Philo's mouth. I don't know if that is bad or good since I don't know the story. They look like two great characters. I especially am fond of the name since my daughter's name is Sophie :)
ReplyDeleteI love the hair too. That open mouth makes Philo look like a really fun kid. Makes the book seem surprising.
ReplyDeleteThanks! The mouth is very apparent, which should be a bit more subtle in the final painting because there will be a lot less contrast there.
